Background: Asda Distribution is extremely proud of their colleagues and they ensure that they have a consistently smart image, maintain good hygiene standards and can work safely within their work environment. Asda insist that all colleagues maintain a high standard of personal presentation.

The Brief: To ensure all Asda Distribution colleagues understand their responsibilities to meet dress standards, Asda needed to show colleagues how uniform should be worn in its entirety, whilst being maintained in good order.

Execution: A suite of communication elements were conceived and produced to assist colleagues in meeting Asda Dress Standards including: 'Policy' schedules; booklets and table talkers.

Outcome: All Asda Distribution colleagues receive the 'Policy' information and booklets and are regularly reminded through various internal campaigns of the requirements to maintain a consistent, smart, hygienic and safe personal presentation.
