While carrying out my day to day duties at Open Door Design, I recently received a call from Masterchef HQ. After much consideration, the producers of the show, John Torode and Gregg Wallace decided to feature my Golden Syrup Chocolate Fondant recipe in the hardback book which features the best recipes of the past series!

"Finally" I thought, I'm in print for the right reasons!
